30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original packaging with any tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please note, returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@littlelolasilks.co.uk so we can resolve this promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
